  • Integrative psychiatry is a patient-centered, evidence-based approach that addresses the biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors contributing to mental health conditions. It combines conventional treatments such as pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy with interventions like nutritional optimization, sleep assessment, lab evaluations, and complementary therapies. The goal is to uncover root causes and provide comprehensive, individualized care.

  • I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Insomnia, ADHD, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, postpartum issues, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), PTSD, trauma-related conditions, perimenopausal mental health concerns, and a range of other women’s mental health issues.

  • Emmanuel Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness do not accept insurance.  I prioritize quality, personalized care and believe strong provider–patient relationships are built over time.  As an out-of-network provider, patients may submit receipts to their insurance for possible reimbursement. A Superbill is available upon request. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm out-of-network mental health benefits.  All fees are due prior to the appointment.

  • 90-Minute Comprehensive Mental Wellness Evaluation: $495

    50-Minutes Follow-Up: $295

    25-minute follow-Up: $195

  • Please note that a $100 cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.  No shows will be charged the full visit amount.  Frequent late cancellations or no shows may result in termination from practice.

  • Emmanuel Integrative Psychiatry and wellness is exclusively virtual.  With secure, high-quality video sessions, you can receive professional, confidential care from the comfort of your own space.

  • At Emmanuel Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness, we prioritize safe, evidence-based care. Because of the potential for dependence, tolerance, and side effects, medications such as benzodiazepines and stimulants are prescribed judiciously. Our goal is always to support your long-term well-being through the safest and most effective treatment options.

  • While Emmanuel Integrative Psychiatry and Wellness strongly supports men's mental health, our current specialization and services are focused exclusively on women's mental health.
